Cristiano Ronaldo showed off his astonishing leg muscles as Portugal trained at their Moscow base on Wednesday morning ahead of the tough last-16 clash with Uruguay.
The weight of this contest is so apparent that unlike Portugal's previous training sessions in Russia, there was a certain air of focus and intensity about it that even Ronaldo's legs would be feeling it.
Portugal seemed to be taking it easy in training, particularly after drawing with Spain in their opening game, but on Wednesday there was no thoughts spared for saving legs later down the line.
