The pair, who have been together since they were teenagers, tied the knot in front of family and friends at a church in Rescaldina, just minutes away from Darmian's home town of Legnano
Darmian's former team-mate at Torino, Alessio Cerci, also attended with his wife his wife Federica Riccardi.
The ceremony caps a memorable week for Darmian, who was part of the Italy team that beat Uruguay in a friendly on June 7 before thrashing Liechtenstein 5-0 in a World Cup qualifier in Udine on Sunday.
While all appears to be going well for the 27-year-old on the international stage, Darmian's club future remains in doubt after a frustrating campaign with United.
