TOP EUROPEAN CLUB WITH THE HIGHEST TROPHIES

The Successful clubs in Europe are measured by the numbers of trophies they have won.

1.       Rangers FC (119 Trophies)

The Scottish club, Rangers is the most Successful club in the world football in terms of trophies won behind only Egyptian club AL Ahly. The club has won more league titles and domestic treble than any other team in the world, winning the Scottish league titles 54 times, the Scottish cup 33 times, and the Scottish league cup 27 times. Rangers FC won the European cup winners cup in 1972. (The first British club to reach a UEFA Tournament final in 1967).  A third runner up finish in European Competition in the UEFA Cup in 2008.

2.       CELTIC (103 Trophies)

Celtic have won over 100 trophies in their history, they are currently the second most successful club in Europe winning 103 trophies. The Club have won the Scottish league championship 50 times, the Scottish cup 39 times and the Scottish league cup 19 times .

3.       FC Barcelona (94 Trophies)

Barcelona has won a record of 74 trophies, 26 La Liga, 30 cope del Ray 13 super copa de Espana, 3 copa Eva Duarte and 2 copa de La Liga trophies, as well as been the record holder for the FOUR Competitions. Real Madrid is one of the greatest club in the world. The Club has won 65 trophies in domestic football, a record of 33 La Liga titles, 19 copa del Ray, 11 super copa de Espana, a copa Eva Duarte and a copa de La Liga trophy. In European and world wide competitions the club has won a record of 26 trophies, a record of 13 European/UEFA Champions League titles, two UEFA cup and four UEFA Super cups. In international football, they have achieved a record seven club world championships.

5.       BEENFICA (84 trophies)

The portugeses club Benfica, has won 84 major trophies, 83 Latin Cup, Benfica is the most decorated club in Portugal. They have won 80 domestic trophies a record 37primeira Liga titles, a record 26 Taca de Portugal, a record 7 Taca de Liga, 8 super taca Candido de Oliviera  and 3 campeonato de Portugal. Internationally they won back to back European cup in 1961 and 1962.
