Chelsea reject latest Barcelona bid of £65m for Willian... but Blues WILL accept if they up offer to £70m

Chelsea have rejected a third bid from Spanish giants Barcelona for playmaker Willian                                                  Chelsea have rejected a £65million offer for Willian from Barcelona but may agree to sell at £70m.
The Spanish champions made their third bid, which includes add-ons, over the weekend and the midfielder is understood to be keen to go.
However, Maurizio Sarri would like Willian to stay and that is reflected in Chelsea's asking price for the 29-year-old. Chelsea's hierarchy are holding meetings over the next 24 hours as they look to add new signings. Barca are also looking at Bordeaux star Malcom, but face fierce competition from Roma, which could affect any potential move for Willian.

Chelsea want to keep Eden Hazard and are working to find a replacement for Thibaut Courtois before allowing him to join Real Madrid.
The European champions, meanwhile, have spoken to Borussia Dortmund about Chelsea target Christian Pulisic. The 19-year-old, who scored twice against Liverpool on Sunday in a 3-1 win, is valued at around £60m and also wanted by Bayern Munich.
New boss Maurizio Sarri and his players are currently travelling back to the UK from Australia.
Club owner Roman Abramovich and Marina Granovskaia, the director of Chelsea, were due to meet this week to discuss potential outgoings and signings for Sarri.
Sportsmail reported on Sunday that Manchester United may also make Chelsea an offer for Willian.
