3 Incredible Managers Who Managed Rival Clubs

They say that one person can’t be a friend to two enemies neither can one person serve two masters because he will lie to one but these five managers at one point managed clubs they managed against
1 Jose Mourinho
Popularly known as ‘The Special One’ is no stranger to controversy in fact he lives for the thrill, Mourinho’s first love in the English Premier League was with Chelsea Football Club whom he managed from June 2004 to 2007 where he left to Internazionale and then to Real Madrid respectively. After three years of managing Real Madrid, he returned to the English Premier League during the 2013/2014 season for a second spell with the Blues where he spent another two years before leaving the club by mutual consent. On May 2016, Manchester United unveiled its new manager to the football world, Jose Mourinho who succeeded Louis Van Gaal. The twist there is that Mourinho was an assistant coach to Van Gaal while at Barcelona which was a rival club to Real Madrid where he was manager for three years
2 Rafael Benitez
The current manager of Newcastle United was the manager of Liverpool Football Club for six years, he is also the only manager in history to have won the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA World Club Cup. He managed two rival clubs, the Reds of Liverpool and the Blues of Chelsea
3 Sam Allardyce
Sam Allardyce was a manager of Newcastle United for a brief spell before returning to Sunderland where he had started as a player and leading them to a 3-0 victory over the Magpies while surviving for a spot in the Premier League.
