The English Premier League is one of the oldest and
the most watched football league in the world by most people if not everyone
including the young, old, rich, poor, male and most especially female alike. Back
in the late 80’s and even early 90’s, the EPL as it is popularly known as just
one of the numerous football leagues around the world being enjoyed by the
English fans alone. With time, the EPL especially from the late 90’s became not
just one of the most watched but one of the most celebrated football leagues in
the world with an ever increasing fan base that stretches even to the most
remote parts of the globe.
The EPL has a rich historical tradition which was once a closely guarded secret known only by English football fans, a secret which is now shared with the world as the EPL has become the home of many footballers who come from various nations around the world making the football league a Mecca of the round leather game.
